成为团队中不可或缺的一员，负责Chilindo的6个品牌的模式;
从设计师的技术图纸中手工创建主图案;

Do you have a passion for Fashion? Would you like to be part of a creative fashion team in Bangkok an d be apart of creating all kinds of clothes for mens, womens an d kids fashion? Then you could be the perfect match for our talented an d diverse fashion team currently Ｃounting 6 enthusiastic buyers an d designers. Chilindo has created 6 fashion brands this far. Two for females, two for males an d two for kids. We are looking for an experienced an d talented pattern maker with wide knowledge in constructing standout an d eye-pleasing patterns.
You will be joining our high-performing Design an d Purchase team at our Ekkamai office in the heart of Bangkok an d at our office in Yiwu, China. The role will be reporting directly to an d working closely with the Fashion Manager.
To succeed in the role you will need to have drive, dedication an d a get things done attitude.

What you will do:
Be an integral part of the team an d responsible for patterns for Chilindo’s 6 brands;
Create master patterns by hand from the designers technical drawings;
The master patterns will be for dresses, T-shirts, pants, shorts, skirts, jeans, shirts, blouses, tops etc.
Collaborate with designers an d provide input on design specifications converting original models of garments into patterns an d separate parts;
Draw details on outlined parts indicating where parts are to be joined, as well as the positions of pleats, pockets, buttonholes, an d other features;
Do pattern grading for sizing;
Help in building an d expanding product categories,
Get the best deals on fabrics in terms of price an d quality in cooperation with buyers an d designers;
Determine the best layout of pattern pieces to minimise waste of material;
Work with both Thai an d Chinese supplier, buyers an d designers;
Find new suppliers;
Source fabric an d trimmings;
Maintain strong relationships an d be acＣountable for day-to-day activities with buyers an d designers;
Stay up to date on the latest trends an d techniques in pattern making.
REQUIREMENTS
What you should have:
3 years experience working in fashion industry;
Knowledgeable an d passionate about fashion an d current trends;
Understanding of market trends, how to capitalise on these an d the ability to take ideas from concept stage to finished products;
Sewing skills in order to create first samples will be considered a big plus;
Having worked with China before a definite plus;
Result-driven an d ability to perform under pressure;
Ability to work with deadlines, organised an d accurate;
Outgoing personality an d a great team player!
Good English communication skills.
